1. Introduction

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that was enacted on October 28, 1998. This law implements two 1996 treaties of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The DMCA provides a framework for copyright owners to protect their works online and establishes a safe harbor for online service providers (OSPs) from liability for copyright infringement committed by their users, provided that the OSPs comply with certain requirements. This document outlines the DMCA policy for The Service, detailing the procedures for reporting copyright infringement, the rights of copyright owners, and the responsibilities of The Service.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide The Service with a written notification that includes the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit The Service to locate the material; (d) your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address; (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
